Summary: the staff here were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, professional, and informative. The sheets and one towel had a couple of black smudges on them (not a big deal), there were some unsavory people who occasionally roamed the halls during the day and messed with door knobs, and we saw a couple of people have issues with their doors not closing properly. Also the room had some damages that didn't worry me in any other way than concern i could be held responsible for damage i didn't do. I haven't received the final bill on that, but if i am charged for pre-existing damages i will update my review.

Summary: About myself as I should have read the previous more recent reviews. They were dead on. I'm not entirely sure how people are rating this a 10, it would barely make it 2. The neighborhood was dark in seedy, as was the parking lot. I had concerns that someone would have broken into my vehicle. Once walking inside the security door locks not working. When walking in the room the stench from likely the carpet permeated with dirt was pretty bad. Seeing that I'm ex-military I've slept in some pretty bad positions so as tired as I was I was not about to argue. Again, I blame myself for not taking the time to really examine the reviews. There's no way that anybody should have given this a 10. The carpet almost looked as if it was composed of skin. I couldn't walk on it barefoot, I used my shower shoes and never set foot on the floor. At least I didn't see any bugs.

Summary: Definitely not a great experience. I booked a "suite" close to two months in advance, and the day before our trip they called to say it wasn't available. They gave us two adjoining rooms instead. Both rooms had sticky floors and lifting carpet, even though one room's carpet was clearly newer than the other. Both rooms smelled funny and the hallways seemed to have a different weird smell everytime we walked into them. Less than 30 minutes after check-in, a woman who was obviously under the influence of something knocked on our door multiple times and hid out of view of the peephole. Police made at least one appearance both nights we were there. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was edible, but that's all I can comment on positively. Spend a little more and stay anywhere north of 24.

Summary: You obviously get what you pay for. I will say, I recently stayed at a Motel 6 that was nicer or more well kept. Definitely check the surroundings where you'll be staying. A lot of homeless/transitional living. The pot smoking in the entrance areas by customer & employees should be enforced with the 25 feet away from building code.

Summary: It is an older hotel, with long term stayers, that obviously are struggling to make ends meet. The A\C unit worked really well.... just really loudly. The toilet had very week water flow, but he tub next to it had great water pressure. shower shows some age with stains\rust areas. Breakfast had limited options, but seemed clean and had a person watching and cleaning up, continuously. Everyone was VERY friendly that worked there.

Summary: We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). We also had trouble getting clean towels and had to ask the desk staff to get us some. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a full kitchen. The hotel itself may have better housekeeping but the suites need improvement. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Summary: Bit sketchy upon arriving with broken down autos in parking lot. Bit of a run down property and low frills BUT clean room with full cable, a microwave and mini fridge. Lots of security cameras throughout. Blow dryer had to be reset in 1 minute intervals after waiting 2 minutes which was frustrating and NO hot water for shower during morning peak. But in a "oh well" go with flow mindset, wasnt 'end of the world' bc cannot beat the price! You both get and don't get what you pay for! Was 'perfect' in the end for what I needed. Staff were intelligent, pleasant and responsive. 5 stars for staff/ management.
